Terms of use
Rules for using the Cligora website and the general process for starting work on a project.
Last updated31.10.2026
01 Purpose of the website
The cligora.com website presents Cligora Digital Studio and its services: website and web portal development, CRM and SaaS systems, business-process automation, API integrations, hosting, domain connection and technical configuration support.
Website materials are for information only. Sending a form or email is an enquiry to Cligora; by itself, it does not oblige either party to begin work.
02 Enquiries and agreement
We review enquiries, clarify requirements and, where we can complete the task, send a proposal. An agreement arises when the parties approve the scope, price, deadlines and other terms in correspondence or in a separate contract.
03 Scope and changes
Before work begins, the parties agree on what must be developed or configured; the functions and materials included; the price; payment procedure; deadlines; stages; the process for checking and accepting the result; support; and rights to the created materials and code.
If requirements need to change or features need to be added after approval, the parties separately agree on the effect on price and deadlines.
04 Client materials and data
The client provides accurate requirements, materials and data needed to complete the project, and confirms the right to use the supplied texts, images, logos and other materials.
The client is responsible for the lawfulness of supplied materials and data. If a project involves processing personal data of the client’s users, the process is agreed separately.
05 Price and payment
The price and payment procedure are determined separately for each order. A price shown on the website applies only to the service and scope stated alongside it.
Work not included in the agreed order is paid for separately after the price has been agreed.
06 Rights to the result
Rights to a specific result — design, text, source code and documentation — are determined in the agreed order or contract. The terms must state clearly what the client receives and when.
Rights to Cligora’s ready-made libraries, tools and components that can be reused in different projects remain with Cligora. Third-party components are used under their respective licences.
07 Third-party services and support
Domains, hosting and third-party services are connected under terms agreed for the specific order. Domain registration depends on name availability and the registrar’s rules.
Cligora is not responsible for decisions, rule changes or interruptions of third-party services that it does not control. The scope and timing of technical support are defined in the order. Unless separately agreed, support is not considered 24/7 or subject to a specific response time.
08 Liability and governing law
Cligora does not guarantee particular search-engine positions, numbers of sales or enquiries: these results depend not only on development, but also on content, the market and other factors.
Each party is responsible for meeting its agreed obligations in accordance with the law. These terms do not remove consumer rights that cannot be limited by contract. The law of Ukraine applies to use of the website; for an EU consumer, this does not limit mandatory rights and remedies provided by EU law or the law of the country of residence.
09 Editorial principles
Blog materials are informational and are written or reviewed by Andrii Hepenko, Cligora's founder and web developer. We show the author, publication date and updated date, and link to primary sources for practical claims. A material is updated when it changes substantially.
10 Advertising, partnerships and refunds
The website does not contain paid advertising, undisclosed affiliate links or recommendations made for compensation. If such material appears in the future, it will be labelled clearly.
Cligora provides bespoke services, so there is no universal refund policy: payment, acceptance of work and any refund are set out in the agreed order or contract. This does not limit mandatory consumer rights.
